Quill was awarded a project at Victoria Coach Station. Due to the location of these works, all works were carried out using rope access techniques.

This project was split into two phases: The first phase was to carry out a hammer test to both facades which were, 172 Buckingham Palace Road and Elizabeth Street. Whilst carrying out the Hammer test, the loose debris was removed from the facades and made safe. Each elevation was marked on a plan of the facade showing where the defects were.

The second phase was to carry out the repairs to the concrete facades using a concrete repair mortar system.

The project was completed and handed back to our client well within the allocated time frame.
