External works undertaken as part of this contract include upgrading of roofs to comply with the latest building regulations for both pitched and flat roofs. Window and door replacements, renewal of the soffits, Fascia’s, and rainwater goods.
Full façade decoration including brickwork repairs and repainting where necessary and any other externals works that were required dependant on the state of each property.
Resident were informed well in advance and disruption kept to a minimum for which our site management team have received many positive resident reviews

Our longstanding client Harlow Council ask us to carry out a roofing survey, ceiling replacement and decorations
To the communal areas of a small block of flats. Once we had removed the ceiling it was noticed that some of the structural timbers had incurred some rotting from the water ingress, Upon reporting back to our client it was decided to strip the roof ,renew timbers and install new pitched and flat roof coverings.
We then executed the contract works and handed back the property to a very happy client.

Quill Construction Ltd were awarded the works to undertake a complete refurbishment including rear extension and loft extension to a property located in the London borough of Redbridge.

- Completed ahead of schedule enabling programme to be decreased.
Works were to construct a new rear extension which will form the new kitchen as part of an open plan design Also a new dormer including all necessary timber works, insulation boarding up to meet current regulations. Finished externally with vertical hung concrete grey tiles and a Juliette balcony system with railing. Other works undertaken at this property include full clearance of the garden , strip out of all existing internal walls and installation of new partitions, Full electrical rewire and gas installation and full decoration / flooring installation to meet required finishes.
