Quill Construction were awarded works to transform the offices at the Tony Blair Institute. This included demolition of existing walls, decorating of ceilings, installing booths in the canteen, and demolition of rooms to form a larger meeting room.

Quill completed an office re-configuration of the Tony Blair Institute in London. The value of the works was £130,000, with packages including M&E reconfiguration, office fit-outs, demolition and reconfiguration of existing office spaces.

Quill Construction ltd were awarded works to carry out a full refurbishment of a large property located in Stock, Essex.

The works consisted of Remodelling to the internal layout and design of the property to create more open plan spaces, Full redecoration to all rooms, new skirting and doors, installation of new electrical and heating, installation of new kitchen and bathrooms, External works to the garden and front of the house including backfilling an old pond to create more outdoor space.

All finishes were bespoke to suit the client and a strong line of communication was upheld through the entire process to ensure needs were met.

Quill Construction were awarded the works to complete an M&E fitout at the Carlsberg Factory. This involved stripping out of existing services, installing new power and cables to suit the layout of the factory, lighting and emergency lighting installation, data cabling, CCTV cabling, ventilation including heating and cooling and electric vehicle charging points. The works were completed over a 4 month programme.
