Quill was awarded a project to deliver a stand alone kiosk on the station side of the ticket barrier at Westminster station for TFL. The value of the works was £220,000.00 with the works being complete on time and within budget.

The scope of the works was to install a new designated power supply from the plant room on the east bound platform along with air con and ventilation, the services were installed along the platform and then through an internal staircase to the location of the kiosk.

To install the kiosk the granite flooring was trench cut and structural grout was installed to take the weight of the glazing.

Resurfacing of a defective pub roof. The pub roof was resurfaced using a Proteus Cold Melt system. The works were carried out by Proteus approved installers who are rope access trained which allowed the pub to stay open for the duration of the works and eliminated the need for costly scaffold and edge protection. The works were completed on time and on budget with a 25 year guarantee provided.

Quill was awarded the refurbishment of the stage door, The package was worth £110,000.00 and included bespoke joinery for the newly formed  office, Specialist fibrous plaster mouldings, bespoke wall paper along with building works to form the new reception area. The external stage door was also re modelled.
