Quill Construction Ltd were awarded the works to undertake external refurbishment works to properties located in the London borough of Redbridge.

External works undertaken as part of this contract include upgrading of roofs to comply with the latest building regulations for both pitched and flat roofs. Window and door replacements, renewal of the soffits, Fascia’s, and rainwater goods. 

Full façade decoration including brickwork repairs and repainting where necessary and any other externals works that were required dependant on the state of each property.

Resident were informed well in advance and disruption kept to a minimum for which our site management team have received many positive resident reviews
